DO I HAVE TO SIGN A LONG TERM CONTRACT?

We offer a 12-month agreement with $2,500 in startup fees waived — because building a brand takes time, and we're committed to the long game. Month-to-month options are available; startup fees apply. Most clients choose the annual commitment because it saves money and produces better results.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY CONTENT AND CRM IF I CANCEL?

All creative assets produced and fully paid for are yours to keep. We'll provide a full export of your contact database within 10 business days of your final service date. The platform infrastructure and automations we build live within our system and are not transferable — this is explained clearly at onboarding.

WHAT IS THE PLATFORM AND TECHNOLOGY FEE?

Momentum and Authority packages include AI tools — a chatbot, AI SMS, and AI voice receptionist — powered by our marketing platform. A monthly platform and technology fee covers these tools. We disclose this clearly in every proposal so there are no surprises.

DO YOU WORK WITH BUSINESSES OUTSIDE CALIFORNIA?

Yes. Our roots are local, but we partner with businesses across the country for marketing retainer services. On-site content sessions are available locally or by travel arrangement.

HOW QUICKLY CAN WE GET STARTED?

Typically within 5–7 business days of a signed agreement. We schedule your onboarding call, begin platform setup, and develop your first content plan within the first week.

CAN I UPGRADE OR CHANGE PACKAGES?

Yes — scope changes are handled at renewal or mid-term by mutual agreement. We'll walk you through what changes and document it clearly before anything shifts.
